Our DDH Philosophy
“Dance, when structured to be age-appropriate, is meaningful in supporting each stage of childhood development- physically, cognitively, and socially. Our programs follow a comprehensive age-specific path where dance is the gateway for students to achieve their personal best, and excel in their artistry, while creating cherished memories to last a lifetime. Director- Emily Bernazzoli
We welcome you to EXPERIENCE the Dance Dimensions difference!
Our doors open to a non-competive, caring, nurturing and collaborative community. We offer tracks for recreational students and an intensive program where students are invited to attend and broaden their learning experiences at dance festivals. We focus our instructional time on technique training with an annual recital to showcase student growth.
It is our goal that you: 1. Feel welcomed, appreciated and supported. 2. Hear inspiring conversations of praise and encouragement. 3. See teachers with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm, as well as observe eager students excited to build a versatile and solid foundation in dance technique.
Highly Qualified Staff:
Our faculty not only hold degrees in dance or have professional dance experience, but many have certifications in additional areas of expertise. Plus, we our lead teachers have extensive teaching experience of over 20 years. We believe in maintaining a standard of excellence in our teaching methods.
Curriculum:
We focus on developmentally appropriate dance technique, body alignment, proper vocabulary, as well as a brief overview of dance history throughout each level of our studio training. Check out our top-notch training certifications…
Limited class sizes:
Our average class size is 12 students so that we may provide personalized feedback to EVERY participant in EVERY class.
Conservative and Age Appropriate Costumes and Music:
We make very modest choices in costumes. Our music is always age appropriate and conservative in lyrics and in subject matter.
