Class Descriptions:

Power Flex

A low impact class where you get an all body workout that helps increase your mobility, functional strength, core stability, range of motion, and balance. Exercises are performed using body weight, light dumbbells, small exercise balls, and minibands while standing or sitting on a chair and listening to upbeat music. Exercises are performed at a slower pace and are joint friendly. Suitable for beginners up to medium level, but all levels are welcome.

Power Time

A high energy, fast-moving, full body workout that will challenge you and make you sweat. Build lean muscle and improve cardiovascular endurance through exercises using a mix of bodyweight, dumbbells, and kettlebells. Push beyond your limits while alternating between a short burst of intense activity followed by an active recovery period. Various movements, such as jumping jacks, planks, hopping, push-ups, agility work, crunches, and more, will get your heart pumping and give you a metabolic boost. High energy, fast-paced music and a motivating instructor to provide different exercise options as needed will help you get through the challenge!

Power Blocks

This full body workout will help you strengthen and tone muscles, enhance joint stability, and build bone health. Learn and perform a variety of compound and isolated exercises using bodyweight and dumbbells. Workout sessions will include alternating between rounds of upper body, lower body, and core exercises. The instructor will help you determine the proper weight to use for exercises and provide form corrections. Suitable for all fitness levels.
